Our Newmarket Muslim community has been growing very fast, we need a bigger masjid for our present and future generations. The plan is to build an Islamic Center with a community hall for social activities and youth programs, as well as an Islamic school to meet the educational needs of children in our community.
We are pleased to inform you that, by the Grace and Mercy of Almighty Allah, we have paid off our existing property and we are going to construct our NEW MASJID AND ISLAMIC CENTRE on it. This is a great blessing from Almighty Allah and a wonderful opportunity for us all to establish a “House of Allah”. The estimated cost of this project is around Three to four Million Dollars for building expansion. Whatever you can afford will help! Please donate generously for the new masjid. All donations are fully tax deductible. We are a registered charity, non-for profit religious organization.

Spending in the way of Allah is a trade, a bargain and a business with Allah. It sounds strange, doesn’t it? And you may ask how can one make a trade with Allah.
Read this Qur’anic verse:
“Those who read the Book of Allah, establish regular prayer, and spend in the way of Allah secretly and openly out of what we have provided for them. They hope for a commerce that will never fail.” (Fatir: 29)
Allah the Almighty says in surat Muhammad, 38:
“Beware! You are called to spend in the way of Allah, yet some among you hoard. But he who hoards does so for himself: Allah is above need, and it is you who are the needy. If you turn away, then Allah will bring other people in your place who will not be like you.”
